Located in the tropical northeastern side of the Kauai, along Anahola Bay. Be mesmerized by the sunrise while sipping a nice cup of island coffee with some fresh island fruits. This modern home is conveniently located near shopping, local cuisine and all the attractions the Garden Isle offers! Visit Kilauea Lighthouse, Kealia Beach, Wailua River, Sleeping Giant, Coconut Marketplace, and more! The perfect spot for a gathering of family and friends, you will love this home away from home in Anahola!
This spacious home is fully furnished throughout, and includes a full gourmet kitchen complete with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. The upstairs of the home is perfect for entertaining. It offers a very spacious kitchen where the whole ohana (family) can prepare a nice meal to enjoy while conversing in the open area. The kitchen opens to the dining room.
All bedrooms in the main home are located on the lower floor of this home. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with linens, pillows and bed coverings. Three of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom but two of them have cold water showers only. The fourth bedroom is ideal for children, as it has 2 twin beds and a full/twin bunk bed. There is a bathroom adjacent to this bedroom which is shared with a cozy sitting area for the children to enjoy. The fifth bedroom is located above the garage with an en suite bathroom and air-conditioning. Guests enjoy TV, free high-speed WiFi, onsite parking and private access. As with most homes on Kauai, this vacation rental is not air conditioned, except for the 5th bedroom above the garage.
This lawn fronting the home is part of Hawaiian Home Lands and sits between the home and the ocean. The property is just a short distance from the ocean's edge. Anahola Bay is great for taking a stroll along the white sands. On one end you will find a river for the kids to enjoy, or take a stroll to the opposite end where there is an area of the ocean that is protected by the coral reef. If boogie boarding or surfing is your thing, this is also a great location, as waves are present throughout most of the year. Please be mindful of the ocean conditions as conditions may vary.
