This self-contained backyard studio has its own private entry and patio with views of the Stratosphere. Historic and restored TRIPLEX in desirable Huntridge neighborhood. Property has lush and bountiful stone-fruit gardens and raised vegetable beds that all tenants can enjoy. Front yard has pistachio trees, prickly pear cactus and lush palms. Large patio just outside "La Casita" is set up as an outdoor living room to double the space in Vegas' nicest months.
"La Casita" has about 560 square feet of private space with Queen bed, "popup" desk area, private full bathroom, plenty of interior storage, and a kitchenette with breakfast bar. Kitchenette includes double basin sink, basic cookware, flatware and serving necessities, 12-Setting Air Fryer/Toaster Oven, induction hot plate with appropriate cookware, Instapot, small microwave, dish drying rack and 12 cu ft fridge with bottom freezer. Dish towels, dishware, pot holders and basic cleaning supplies provided.
Private bathroom has a tub/shower combo, vintage 60's wall-mounted sink, toilet, medicine cabinet and heat lamp. Comes with cotton towel sets, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toilet paper to start your long-term stay off with ease.
Other highlights include: new, dedicated 40 gallon gas water heater, split unit air conditioning and heat by remote and wireless high speed internet.
2nd bed is a Queen self-inflating air mattress that can be set up on the patio facing the Stratosphere or in the kitchen.
Shared laundry area located outside with brand new front load washing machine and gas dryer, between units. Street parking only but, it is plentiful and free.
