Enjoy the tranquility of being outdoors & on country roads. Rolling hills and our farmland surround the property. Built in the 1940's this cheerful cottage has been recently restored. It offers a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms with the following: 1 queen, 1 full and 1 twin bed, a full bathroom with shower/tub, a large yard perfect for a backyard BBQ. It is a short drive to JMU, EMU and Bridgewater College. Harrisonburg is a 15 min. drive. Massanutten resort is 40 min, and Skyline Drive is 45 min. The cottage, while still on the working farm is far enough away from the comings and goings of the farm to provide a quiet, peaceful setting. Enjoy bird watching, and deer grazing in the early morning or late evening. The property is fully cleaned between each use. It is a lovely get away for anyone wanting the privacy of an entire home to yourself. We are located between the Allegheny and Blue Ridge mountains. It has a large backyard, picnic area and charcoal grill perfect for family gatherings. Our full kitchen and dining area includes a refrigerator, microwave, stove, a Keurig coffee maker, utensils, 8 place settings, and limited cooking items (pots, pans, dishes, etc.) The Xfinity wireless internet and smart TV also make working remotely easy while escaping the hustle and bustle of the city. Our front porch swing and rocking chairs are the perfect place to relax, read or simply unwind after a long day. **Please Note: The home is not handicapped accessible. *It is a non-smoking Home. *No Pets Allowed.
