Bay Cottage is a newly constructed, completely separate dwelling located on the back section of the property where the main house, an adorable vintage 1925 Victorian, is owner occupied.
There is a totally separate parking area and gated entrance into the cottages' fully fenced in, private patio area that is surrounded by lush gardens and tall palms.
The cottage has the ideal amount of space for one to two guests, as well as a dedicated off street parking spot that is right next to the Bay Cottage, and directly in front of the entrance gate.
She is a very modern dwelling with high vaulted ceilings throughout, an open floor plan, and ultra chic furnishings and decor, as well as lots of windows that allow plenty of natural light to shine in.
The large sliding glass doors open out onto the totally private, gorgeous patio area, which is surrounded by a high privacy fence, lush palms, and tropical plantings. This is the perfect setting to either work or play in total comfort and convenience. Your own personal oasis!
Bay cottage showcases a totally new, ultra modern kitchen with all new cabinets, top of the line stainless steel appliances, fixtures, and quartz countertops. And is totally equipped with just about anything you would ever need.
Also totally new and ultra modern is the beautiful bathroom which showcases a vaulted ceiling, and glassed in, spacious walk in shower.

The beautiful combination living/dining area is decorated with comfy, modern furnishings, and a 50" direct stream smart TV, that offers free Netflix for your convenience. Free High Speed internet is also available.
