It’s a detached private guest house. It’s a private neighborhood. This house has one bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom and a laundry room. It also has wifi internet. There’s other two properties that I’m renting out on this location so make sure to always lock your door. It’s is gated and has surveillance cameras around the house just for safety reason. Please do no pick any fruits from the trees or plants . My mother in law spends a lot of times on them.

Summary: This guest house is as advertised. In a fairly quiet neighborhood with off street parking. Access was simple and problem free. The unit was clean and comfortable.Felt secure and safe.There is virtually no outside yard to speak of, however, it suited my purpose perfectly. A place to sleep and regroup after multiple long days in meetings at Anaheim Convention Center.Would definitely consider booking this guest house again.
