Two decks, one with a gas grill and picnic table. Free WiFi. Full size washer and dryer in home for convenience. Play loft in the upstairs guest bedroom is fun to explore. Mountain and valley views.

In the summer it's less than 5 minutes to the Dillon Amphitheater, Dillon Marina, Tiki Bar, Farmer's Market and Parks. It is approximately a 15 minute walk to the Dillon Amphitheater for concerts from June to September. Dillon Marina has kayak, SUP, pontoon and sailboat rentals and tours.
