A vehicle is the preferred method of transportation; however, there are sidewalks for biking, walking, and/or skating. The main Indialantic beach has required paid parking; however, there are many unpaid beach accesses within mins from the property.

1. Cameras at the front door and at the the pool tech entrance on the outside of the slider. Pool tech must come inside the day of service which is Wednesday or Thursday. He will knock first and proceed in to clean.
2. Parking is available in the driveway for a maximum of two cars. NO street parking.
3. The property is dog-friendly for a maximum of 2 dogs with a fee. Pet fee is $150/pet. Max of 25lb weight limit. Dogs are not allowed in pool. No aggressive breeds allowed to book.
4. Guests have access to the entire property except for locked cabinets in the garage and the fishing poles in the garage.
5. Guests are responsible for their own propane use. You may find that the tank has some gas in it upon arrival so feel free to use what's there. If the tank runs empty, you can refill the tank at the Ace Hardware in the same plaza as the Publix.
