Come be our guests in this beautiful 3 bedroom and 2 bath private 1st level of our home on Prestige Buck Island on the Tennessee River. Beautiful view of the Tennessee River and the City Of Guntersville. Sleeps up to 6 people. We also have a private pool with a great view. Newly remodeled in 2019, Bring your boat and golf clubs. Easy access to Gunters Landing Golf Course. Electricity and water hook-up for 3 boats and plenty of additional parking. The nearest boat landing is about 2 miles away. Free DirecTV and WiFi available. The rental has its own private access. It does not have a complete kitchen, but we do have a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker and at the pool house there is a 1/2 bath, full size refrigerator, double kitchen sink and a dishwasher. We have also have recently added a gas grill with one burner on the side. We also have a charcoal grill.
The pool is open April through October. We totally disinfect the rental each time our guests leave! You won’t have to worry about breathing some one else’s air, because the rental has it own heating and cooling unit. Pool opens April 5, 2022. Pets welcome for an extra $20 per night. One pet per reservation. Please contact me while booking and I will send your a separate invoice for the pet fee. All dogs must be on a leash. No pets are allowed in the pool.
