This modern and well-maintained detached villa is set in its own attractive private garden with large terrace and infinity pool. Situated in a beautiful and peaceful area, the villa enjoys lovely views to the sea, the mountains and the old town of Begur with its floodlit castle.

There is accommodation to sleep six in three double bedrooms. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, one with ensuite bathroom with shower and bathtub and both with French doors opening onto the garden and pool area. There is a separate toilet/shower room on this floor.

The third bedroom is on the lower ground floor with an ensuite shower room and a door to outside.

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

On the ground floor is the spacious living room with dining area and sliding doors onto the extensive terrace and the pool and beautifully maintained garden that surrounds the house. The terrace is fully furnished with separate eating and relaxing areas and a barbecue and has views to the sea and Begur.

In addition, there is a separate, well appointed kitchen with dishwasher.

The laundry room with washing machine and iron is found on the lower ground floor.

An additional, smaller terrace on the first floor of the house enjoys uninterrupted views of the sea. (An additional room on this floor is not available for use and will remain locked during your stay as will the garage, accessed from the lower ground floor.)

There is space for parking within the property, which is fully fenced and gated.

You can visit a different beach every day as this coast has a choice of beautiful coves and beaches. In addition to the magnificent Platja Gran de Pals, nearby you will find Platja del Racó, Sa Riera, Sa Tuna, Aiguafreda, Aiguablava and many more.

The fascinating old town of Begur with its ancient castle is only 5 minutes away by car and Palafrugell is just 10 minutes drive. Both offer you many shopping and sightseeing opportunities as well as restaurants and bars.

This is also an area that actively encourages exploration of nature. In particular the carefully constructed and maintained walkways enable you to access dream landscapes, inaccessible coves and splendid beaches backed by the pines, dunes and the natural vegetation of the area, not forgetting the fascinating Illes de Medes just offshore.

You will discover the great beauty of the Baix Emporda. Its landscapes, its fishing, its coves, its towns and medieval villages surround you.
The Begur coast enjoys a shoreline of unparalleled beauty, whose cliffs and pines, the crystal waters of its hidden coves and its abrupt coastline, make this area one of the most characteristic of the Costa Brava. Begur has eight coves and beaches, located to the north, east and south of the town, with different characters and completely different kinds of natural beauty. The first beach from the north is Platja del Racó, found near the neighboring town of Pals. It is the widest beach of Begur and offers a beautiful view of the Medes Islands.

Following the coast southwest is the Illa Roja beach, internationally renowned nudist beach. This beautiful beach, one of the most emblematic begur coasts, is characterized by a chaired by a reddish rocky islet that gives its name to the cove.
Also to the north lies the village of Sa Riera beach, one of the Begur largest and nearest town with an excellent location, then the right is the sheltered cove port from Port d'es Pi, and the left, the Cala del Rei. Sa Riera, which gets its name from a river that divides the beach into two halves, retains its traditional character and also offers various sports activities and tourism services.
Located in the east cove ofAiguafreda small cove sheltered by the Puig Rodó hill. There are a small pier for boats and a pleasant picnic area.
The next cove east also, Sa Tuna is characteristic for its sheltered location, access and tortuous. This beach offers a nice bath in clean and transparent waters, and nice walks along the coastal path.
In the southern coast of Begur Platja Fonda are the unique, located at the foot of the majestic Cape of Begur. This natural hide, with thick sand and dark, has managed to remain untouched and preserved a primitive purity rarely found in other parts of the Costa Brava.
Also located in the south, the coves of Fornells, where according to tradition, this coast was baptized, a hundred years ago, with the familiar name of "Costa Brava". The coastal trail serves as a bridge to reach all the small creeks that form the core of Fornells: cove n'Estasia, Ses Orats, Malaret and the Port Esclanyà cove. Las señoras de limpieza han retirado las cortinas de las duchas y les han dejado una cortina de recambio. Esta cortina ha sido lavada y guardada dentro de un plástico siguiendo las medidas de protección.
Por los mismos motivos de seguridad higiénica hemos retirado los botiquines y los secadores de pelo de todas las viviendas.
COCINA
Por motivos de seguridad todos los productos habituales en una cocina que estaban en recipientes empezados han sido retirados.
DORMITORIOS
Los protectores de almohada han sido cambiados antes de su llegada.

Les femmes de ménage ont enlevé les rideaux de douche et vous ont laissé un rideau de remplacement. Ce rideau a été lavé et stocké dans un plastique suivant les mesures de protection.
Pour les mêmes raisons de sécurité hygiénique, nous avons retiré les armoires à pharmacie et les sèche-cheveux de toutes les maisons.

CUISINE
Pour des raisons de sécurité, tous les produits habituels dans une cuisine qui se trouvaient dans des conteneurs ouverts ont été retirées.

Les protège-oreillers ont été changés avant votre arrivée.

The pillow protectors have been changed prior to your arrival.
