Dating back more than 200 years, the property was completely renovated in 2021 and is located in the centre of a hamlet of 3 typical Périgourdine stone buildings in a park of more than 2 hectares (the other two buildings in the hamlet are another 8 person rental with private pool and the owners' house). The buildings are independent from each other and the privacy of the occupants is protected.
A large heated swimming pool welcomes you from the beginning of May to the end of September for a moment of relaxation after your trip or a day of discovery of our beautiful region.

DESCRIPTION: Access and Spaces
The building is on three levels at the rear to the north (one level for services and storage and two levels for living) and on two levels at the front to the south (garden/pool).
You enter the accommodation through the front garden (4 steps).
You will then find yourself in front of 3 French windows.
The first window door opens onto the entrance and the staircase leading to the first group of rooms on the first floor (2 communicating rooms and another room opposite). This entrance also opens onto the main room.
A second French window gives direct access to the main room, a large living/dining room (60m2) where you can have your meals together. The kitchen is partially open to this living room and is fully equipped.
Still on the front of the building, the third door window gives access to a room on the garden level, independent and with sanitary facilities (private shower and WC).
