You are invited to join me like friend or family events, food in the house timings of the meals and traditional events of my family and of people in the area where is a numerous of Khmer ethnic community or even i can escort you to local market to buy fresh food and vegetables to experience the local culinary together.
Whether you're working remotely or traveling with loved ones, my homestay in Cau Ke is a great choice. Although it's a small town, you'll have access to all the essential services you need. Plus, getting here is easy—I can arrange a direct and affordable local bus from Saigon/ Can Tho/ Ben Tre or Tra Vinh straight to the homestay for a smooth and stress-free trip. If desired, I can also pick you up at the bus station and we do the ride together.
If you're looking for an authentic experience of Vietnamese countryside life, you're in the right place. Here, you'll see the real Mekong Delta—vast rice fields, coconut and banana trees, and tropical fruits you may have never even heard of! This is the perfect spot to slow down and take in the beauty of rural Vietnam and understand the deep immersion of local people living.
I also love showing guests around, and I offer guided scooter tours through the Mekong Delta (including Mekong River, gardens, temples...) - for an affordable extra charge. If you're traveling with friends or family, I'll arrange more drivers so we can all explore together. If you're curious about local farming, I can take you to meet some of my farmer friends, where you'll learn firsthand how fruit and rice are grown and harvested. This is a great way to truly understand what it takes to produce food in this region.
My mother is a actual tailor. If you want and there is the time she could make some clothes for an affordable extra charge for her work and the fabric is found in the local market
