Guest access through back door only. Well lit and paved walkway from driveway provided for easy, access to private back unit.
Arlo video doorbell provided on exterior of sunroom door for safety.
Please do not enter through front door. Front access is a separate private living space.
Shed and surrounding area of shed in back of property are not for guest access.
Garage is not for guest access.

Fully fenced back and front yards are common areas.
Baseboard heater in sunroom controlled by thermostat in kitchen.

Home Security:
When booking, you acknowledge that you understand there are video recording security devices located at the exterior entry at both the back and front of the property. This is for your security and safety that we have installed these to monitor 24/7.

Additional rules:
NO PARTIES OR EVENTS WHATSOEVER. We have an Arlo security camera on- site and are able to see if people outside your group come into the house. This will result in an IMMEDIATE cancellation of your reservation with NO refund.
Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs.
Please place all trash in trash receptacles before checkout.
Please place all dishes in dishwasher before checkout.
Please place dirty towels on floor of bathroom before checkout.
- No smoking in the house
- No smoking in the sunroom
- Not suitable for pets
- Check-in is anytime after 4PM
- Check out by 10AM- Self check-in with keypad
- Backyard shed and back corner of property where located is restricted to all guests
This is a NO shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry.
There is a $10 fee per carpet/rug stain left in the home. Please understand this takes A LOT of extra time to clean.

Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and the security deposit retained. We must respect the peace of our community! Thank you

**Stolen or lost towels $10 per towel, no matter the size.
**Smoking in the home or sunroom: $200
**Lost Keys (if applicable): $50 to rekey
**Late Checkout Past 10am without our consent. $75
**Excessive Guests than reservation. $100 per additional guest.
**Excessive Cleaning if place is left filthy with trash everywhere. $150 in addition to base cleaning fee
** Noise complaint fine after quiet hours: $200
