Beautiful escape very close to the KP hole, minutes away from downtown Dunnellon and a short thirty minute drive to the new Ocala World Equestrian Center. Spacious 3 bedroom 2 bath split plan 2400 sq ft pool home. Enter the foyer to the Living room with sliders to the screened pool (pool is NOT heated)and a formal dining room to the right. On one side of the home is a large open master bedroom featuring a king size bed, his and hers walk in closets, jacuzzi tub, separate shower, and dual sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a spacious walk in closet. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with twin on top and trundle and a full on bottom. There is also a room for kids to relax and play an old school game console or watch tv with bean bag chairs and a daybed with two twin beds. The large kitchen has a bar seating area for 3 and the adjoining great room has 2 reclining leather chairs and 2 reclining leather couches. Just outside is the screened in pool with a waterfall and outdoor dining set perfect for grilling and chilling. There is also an outdoor patio with a fire pit for roasting marshmallows, a dining table/ chairs and sofas/chairs for enjoying nature. Corn hole and Bocce ball games are also on the patio for your enjoyment. Home is somewhat secluded and is on a 3 acre lot. In the evening you may see some deer wander by.

If you are into exercise there are several city, county and state parks for walking along the water, hiking, biking on the trail, tubing down the crystal clear waters of the rainbow river, canoeing or kayaking.
