The Sonoran by Boutiq is located on a private acre in the gorgeous Sonoran Desert.
This sprawling 86,100 square mile desert is a beautiful and unique region known for its rugged, rocky terrain, with towering saguaro cacti dotting the landscape. The desert is also home to a variety of beautiful wildflowers, which bloom in the spring and add splashes of color to the horizon.
The neighborhood is surrounded by hiking trails of the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, local horse ranches, and the majesty of the Verde River. The Southwest Wildlife Conservation Center is just 8 minutes away for the wildlife lovers in your group and if you are looking for the nearest trail to blaze, The Fraesfield Trailhead is just 10 minutes away from the property. The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport is 45 min away and downtown Scottsdale is 40 minutes away.
A temporary smart lock code will be assigned to guests on the morning of check-in. This code will be used to enter the home through the door located within the garage. The garage codes will also be sent the morning of check-in.

As you pull up to the home, you and your group will be greeted at the entrance by majestic stone pillars inside of a gorgeous iron-gated courtyard. There is plenty of parking along The Sonoran’s grand and elegant driveway, as well as a custom three-car garage.
The Sonoran boasts the perfect open floor plan for all of your entertainment and relaxation needs with beautiful high ceilings and superb wood beams. This stunningly large, fully-stocked kitchen flows right into the breakfast nook, dining area, and spacious living room featuring beautiful wide windows overlooking the desert. While enjoying the desert’s gorgeous landscape, you can enjoy the glow of the fireplace (currently out of order) or the game on our 65” Samsung Frame Smart TV.
The Sonoran features a large laundry room equipped with a state-of-the-art washer, dryer, iron and ironing board, and deep sink.
Located in the eastern wing of the home, the primary bedroom contains a luxurious king-size bed and doors to the alluring patio featuring an amazing hot tub, grill, and dining table. The ensuite bathroom has dual sinks, glass shower, a wonderful jacuzzi soaking tub overlooking a two-way fireplace (currently out of order), and a massive luxury walk-in closet.
The second bedroom is centrally-located and features a king-size bed and features a door leading to the beautiful desert landscaping in the front yard.
The western wing of the home features a full-size bathroom – with a walk-in shower – adjacent to a guest suite with a king-sized bed. Another bedroom with two full-size bunk beds and an additional, 50” smart TV, perfect for the kids! This bunk room is connected to a Jack & Jill bathroom with a shower-tub combo, which it shares with the fifth bedroom, furnished with a luxurious king-size bed.
Each bed features luxury Brooklinen bedding, phenomenally-comfortable Milton Sleep mattresses, and thoughtful decor selected and place by Boutiq’s professional design team.
But be warned, once you stay here, you may never want to leave The Sonoran, it’s a magical place!
