Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The hotel’s location was excellent, with a train station located directly opposite the hotel, and it was also within a reasonable distance from the city center. The staff were extremely polite, understanding, and helpful throughout my stay. The breakfast selection was very extensive, and the service was excellent. The hotel and its facilities were also very clean and well-maintained. I stayed on the eighth floor, and the view from my room was beautiful. There was also a coffee station on the ground floor where guests could get themselves to coffee whenever they wished, which was a very nice touch. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and had a very pleasant experience. If I were to visit the city again, I would definitely stay at this hotel without hesitation.
Negative: As a frequent traveler, I was slightly surprised to find that basic personal care amenities, such as a toothbrush and toothpaste, were not provided. I do not recall whether this was clearly stated in advance, but fortunately, I had brought my own. I hope this information is helpful to future guests who may not be aware of this.
