Our rooftop apartment is a little gem in the center of Athens: located in Psirri, huge terraces with Acropolis view, close to the metro to the airport and the port! It was newly refurbished, fully equipped (Wifi, A/C, washing machine, TV) and decorated with love. The huge terrace is an oasis of relaxation in the lively center of Psirri, one of the fanciest areas of Athens. It’s perfect for couples, singles and business travelers, but can accommodate up to 3 persons if needed.
• Bedroom
The bedroom area is shared with the kitchenette, divided by an artistic separè and by a nice high table with 2 chairs. This room is big enough for a proper double bed and a closet.In the room is air conditioning (in winter can be used as a heater). Bed linen, towels, and duvet are provided.
• Kitchen
The kitchen is on the other half of the room, where also you can find the double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. A cooktop (3 spots) with oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the amenities and the basics (such as coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt, pepper) are at your disposal to get your own meals prepared. In this space is also the washing machine.
From the Kitchen, you have access to the back terrace. It is supposed to be the “small” one, but it is quite big and it is sun-protected and has a coffee table and 2 chairs. Here or on the table inside the kitchen, you can enjoy your breakfast and meals.
• Bathroom
The simple and comfortable bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink. Towels and all the other amenities (toilet paper, soap, shampoo) are provided.
• Living Room
When entering the flat, you first get access to the cozy living room. This space has a new and comfortable sofa (which could be the bed for the 3rd person), a sofa table, a chair and its own air conditioning. Also here you have the new flat-tv hanging. When you seat on the sofa, though, with the window in front framing the fantastic view of the Acropolis, might as well just leave the tv switched off ;)
• Outdoors
There are 2 terraces. The “small” one is on the side of the kitchen and it is the perfect space for preparing your meals. The jewel of the flat though is the huge front terrace! Decorated from an Athenian urban artist, it has a wonderful view of the Acropolis and over the rooftops of Athens city! To make sure you can enjoy the view, there is an outdoor sofa, a patio sun umbrella, and a small table. And when during the night the Acropolis is enlightened, you will admire it in its full brightness!

The flat is on the rooftop, which is on the fifth floor. The elevator reaches the 4th floor, so please consider that you will have some stairs to walk. (not many, though).
The terrace is amazing, but is not suitable as a playground for children, so we don’t suggest the flat for families with small children!
The house is in the area of Psirri, one of the best places to live in Athens! Next, to Monastiraki and the historical center, it allows you to explore the city by walking; it also provides easy access to all the public transport, in order to easily reach the port of Piraeus, the international airport and the KTEL bus stations and all the major sightseeing. Psirri is also very lively and has plenty of cafès, restaurants, small shops, cinemas and of course all the services you might need (such as banks, post, pharmacies and so on)
