◈Master Bedroom: Upstairs, King Bed, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo, desk for any remote working need. Includes a huge walk-in closet and a wall mounted Roku TV.
◈ Bedroom 2: Upstairs, Queen Bed, small walk-in closet. Simple bedroom with peaceful colors. Near upstairs shared bathroom with walk-in shower (no tub).
◈Bedroom 3: Upstairs, Queen Bed, small walk-in closet. Simple bedroom with peaceful colors. Near upstairs shared bathroom with walk-in shower (no tub).
◈Bedroom 4: Downstairs, Queen Bed, small closet. Simple bedroom with peaceful colors. The closest bathroom is the half-bath near the laundry room, and the shower must be shared with bedrooms upstairs.
◈Infants/Toddlers: 1 pack’n’play baby bed and 1 highchair available. We do not provide a sound machine or baby monitor.
BATHROOMS (2 full baths upstairs, half bath downstairs)
◈ All bathrooms are provided with 2 rolls of toilet paper to get you started.
◈ Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided.
◈ Towels, hand towels, and wash rags are provided.
◈ One hair dryer in each full-bathroom.
LAUNDRY (downstairs)
The laundry room off the kitchen area includes a washer and dryer. Iron and ironing board are available. Limited laundry pods are provided for use.
OUTDOOR SPACES
◈ The backyard is fenced. There is not a patio or anything fancy. Just a simple yard that is maintained by a lawn crew.

◈ The area is a residential neighborhood. Respect for neighbors and noise levels are required to be followed.
◈ Driveway camera is mounted on the garage.
◈ Ring doorbell with camera is next to the front door.
