This quaint, newly remodeled home in a single-story duplex with 783 sq ft of warm and inviting living space is perfect for a relaxing getaway or a productive work trip for up to 4 guests. It makes a wonderful home away from home near downtown Atlanta!
As you enter, you'll be greeted by a contemporary style with a beachy feel! The living area features comfortable sofas and a 55” Smart TV for enjoying relaxing downtime moments at home.
You’ll have a fully equipped kitchen, newly renovated with granite countertops, a new faucet and stainless steel appliances. It’s complete with all the essentials you’d need to whip up a delicious meal. Plus, of course, a coffee maker for getting your mornings started!
Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated with queen-sized beds for a restful night's sleep. They both feature a cozy atmosphere and 43” Smart TVs for winding down at night. The full bathroom is conveniently accessible and features a sink, toilet, and a tub/shower combo.
For the remote worker(s), you'll have high-speed Wi-Fi and comfortable laptop workspace at the kitchen table. You’ll have parking in the carport for two vehicles, and you’ll find the washer and dryer out there in the room by the carport.

This is a self-check-in property using a door code for entry. Codes will be sent to you before your arrival. Also, please note: the home next door in this duplex is rented by us as well. All we ask is that you both respect one another’s privacy. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

In a quiet residential neighborhood just a 6-minute drive from downtown Jonesboro, an up-and-coming area with a variety of local attractions, restaurants and shops to explore and nice nightlife venues.
You’ll also be just 10 minutes away from Southlake Mall/AMC Theatre, a Home Depot, a Walmart, and tons and tons of places to eat, shop, party and enjoy the nightlife and only about a 15-20 minute drive from the airport and downtown Atlanta.
The nearest international airport is Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL), located just 12 miles away and just about a 15-20 min drive with no traffic. For guests arriving by car, we offer free parking on the premises with space for 2 cars in the carport.
There are plenty of transportation options. You can also take a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft or go by taxi. If you prefer public transportation, the nearest bus stop is only a 5-minute walk from the property, and the nearest train/subway station is a 10-minute drive away.
Please note the following important information before booking:
We do not provide daily housekeeping services. However, the property will be thoroughly cleaned before your arrival, and basic essentials such as toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body soap will be provided to get you started.
Please do not flush feminine products (i.e tampons) or wipes in the toilet. Please use the waste basket provided. Also, do not put food or grease down the kitchen sink. A $300 charge will apply if the sink or toilet becomes clogged.
Please don’t use the towels for makeup removal. Makeup stains are very difficult to clean, and we need to charge for makeup-stained sheets and towels.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor common areas and public spaces and are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, vaping, etc.) is allowed inside the home. There is a smoke detector inside, and if evidence of smoking/vaping is discovered, there is a $250 penalty. Also, the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited.
- No parties or events permitted. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. Excessive noise will not be tolerated, and no loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. Unapproved guests are subject to a $50 fee per person fee and/or immediate cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund. No tent or other structures may be set up on the property grounds.
- Check out is at 11 AM. Unapproved late checkouts are subject to a $50 fee.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on check-in day or during their stay.
- Do not use the address for any type of shipment. This is strictly prohibited.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
