Summary: I was very disappointed at check-in to find out that niether pool was in working order. There are many vagrants hanging out around the back door. The shower spout was very loose. The curtain rod was not even connected at one end. The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Pillows were fluffy. The air conditioner works great in room 132. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good and stocked. The best things about the whole stay were the other travelers who we met at the front desk or at Breakfast.
