This is a modern new beach house located a mile from the ferry on the far west point of the peninsula. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath house that sleeps 8 has a large master suite (king bed) with private bath overlooking the beach!! Second bedroom has a queen bed, third bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed. Memory foam mattresses on all
the beds! Baby crib and baby bathtub also available so no need to pack and haul them.
The kitchen is equipped with everything would need to make your favorite family meals. This house has free WIFI, satellite TV and DVD player for your convenience. Washer/ dryer on the premises.
One of the most loved features of this home is the large deck with beautiful views of the huge ships entering the Galveston Channel. Bring your morning coffee, on the deck, to enjoy the beautiful sunrises during your stay.
Enjoy this unique and beautiful part of the Bolivar Peninsula. Great for birdwatchers and fisherman. Outside features include a large fenced yard with an outdoor fire pit, turkey or fish fryer, picnic table, sand shower, charcoal BBQ pit and crawfish boiler. There is plenty of room to gather in the shade and enjoy the company of family and friends. Companion home is Davis Beach located next door.
