The Space:
Every inch of space has been maximized in this open-concept condo with neutral furnishings, practical furniture, and cool accents. With the central location and extra living space, this becomes the perfect getaway for a couple or small family who desire easy access to the area’s most popular destinations.
The kitchen offers modern stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped for you to enjoy any meal at home. You can expect to find a coffee maker and toaster in addition to the necessary cookware and flatware to whip up a delicious meal. This is an eat-in kitchen with seating for 2 at the center island.
The living room has a couch that doubles as a sofa sleeper, a Smart TV, and a sliding glass door that opens to the outside balcony. Steps from the living room, you can find the bedroom with a King bed, Smart TV, and an en suite. The bathroom’s vanity provides ample counter space and a shower/tub combo.
A washer/dryer can also be found in the unit for your convenience!
East Nashville is just across the river from downtown and a perfect location to be close to the action of the city while still giving yourself some downtime...it’s vacation after all! This slice of town is deep-rooted in history and a hub for the arts, exceptional dining, shopping, and craft beer.
