This retro-Scandinavian remodeled 3 bed/ 3 bath home is in an established neighborhood just minutes from downtown SLC, skiing and the airport, with shopping, restaurants and recreation all nearby. It backs against Mick Riley Golf Course and is shadowed by the Wasatch Mountains. Many helpful amenities such as brand-new appliances, icemaker, and double oven offer a comfortable and relaxing stay. Fourth bedroom has a dedicated office/futon and the basement rec room has sleeper sofas and bar area.
The master bedroom is equipped with a spacious king bed, the downstairs bedroom has a comfy queen and a kid's room with a bunk bed. The main level office provides solitude for those needing to work privately and the downstairs couches quickly turn into beds with pillows and blankets in a compartment under the cushions for additional guests. Two upstairs bathrooms have large walk-in showers and the basement bath is a full bath with tub/shower combo.
The house is spacious and has plenty of sleep and play areas. Two car garage is available for covered parking. Attached are owner closets for private use
