Welcome to your serene retreat in the vibrant Yerba Buena / Moscone district of San Francisco. Nestled in a small, secure complex, our townhouse offers a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle, while still being in the heart of the city and all its ground transit systems within a 15 minute walk away. As you step inside, past the master bedroom and bath, you'll be greeted by a spacious and great room that's both dramatic and thoughtfully designed for relaxation, work, and play.
This private townhouse nestled deep within a quaint gated community so it won't even feel like you are close to downtown. The outdoor perimeter is secured with a common pedestrian and two car gates. You will receive a personal access code that will open the private entrance. Upon check-in, please be aware that entry to the complex's main auto gate requires the garage door opener, which you'll find inside the townhouse. This ensures your privacy and security throughout your stay.
The house is built with four levels with a vaulted ceiling in the style of a loft, but still affords you a private master bedroom with a patio. The third level is the great room which contains living room, dining area, and kitchen. The partial fourth level is the mezzanine with the second bed and home office.
Living:
Enjoy the bright and open loft while taking in the Neo-Pop art and vintage concert posters that line the walls. Then you'll unwind on the ample, velvety sectional sofa or the ingenious Ekornes Stressless recliner to immerse yourself in a home theatre with 65" UHD TV, audiophile 5.1 surround sound system, and access the the massive on-line 4K media library as well as multiple audio and video streaming services.
Dining:
Gather around the stylish dining table, upholstered dining chairs, place settings, and plenty of room for four people for either a delightful dinner or game night, because we have a giant drawer of board and card games.
Kitchen:
Whether you're cooking a multi-course dinner, making a breakfast smoothie and French-press coffee, or preparing a proper cheese plate, we’ve (nearly) thought of everything you'll need. It boasts a brand-new 5 burner gas range, microwave/hood, and dishwasher, along with a vast set of stainless steel cookware, set of chef’s knives, cooking utensils, and a stocked spice cabinet. Finally, serve your creations on a collection of dishware, flatware, and glassware for nearly every occasion.
Master Bedroom:
A luxurious king-sized bed awaits you, adorned with an Alexander memory foam mattress, plush bedding, and ambiance lighting to rejuvenate after a day of exploring San Francisco. There is an enormous amount of storage both inside the bedroom and just outside the door in the massive hall closet. The beautiful mid-century antique dressers are at your disposal as well its closet and the available drawers in the captain's bed, one of which contains the air mattress with its bedclothes, which can be used in the living room so that you can have three separate spaces for sleeping.) In one of the giant drawers under the bed you will find a selection of great board and card games, with popular choices like Lost Cities, Azul, Settlers of Catan, Trogdor, and of course: Scrabble!
Bathroom:
Pamper yourself in our newly renovated bathroom, adorned with beautiful tile, lighting, marble countertop, and a shower with no shortage of water pressure, adding that extra touch of luxury to your daily routine.
Mezzanine:
Overlooking the great room is a semi-private space with a plush double (full size) bed that converts into a couch if you’d like to read with a little more privacy. Unlike typical convertible beds, this one is actually very comfortable because it doesn't have metal bars sticking into your back! Directly across from the bed/couch is a full workspace that' has been equipped to be a full-time home office.
Private Garage:
On the ground floor of the townhouse, enjoy the convenience and security of a private garage, complete with a private washer and dryer.
