This quiet waterfront efficiency cottage is perfect place to get away from the busy city life and unwind. The water views are spectacular. You can fish from the seawall, take out the 2-person kayak and enjoy the canals and Caloosahatchee River, or just sit and soak in the warm Florida sunshine. You are only 5 minutes from I-75, 10 minutes from downtown Fort Myers, 15 minutes from Lehigh Acres, 20 minutes from RSW, 25 minutes from PGD, 35 minutes from Bonita Beach and 45 minutes from Fort Myers Beach, Naples or Cape Coral.
This is a private downstairs efficiency apartment with a private entrance. It is equipped with full kitchen with all the necessities, full bathroom, office desk and chair and queen sized bed with a comfortable memory foam mattress (the best part of your stay). You will have a wall mini-split AC unit where you can control the temperature of the space.

Summary: Very nice setting in studio of rear of home on a canal just off of the Caloosahatchee. Wonderful host with Mike and Karen. Very Responsive. We like to exercise and Mike told us early on he had bikes for our use; though not mentioned in the initial listing; was nice. Kayak available but not used. Functionally appointed as expected and described for the studio. Enjoyable rejuvenating stay for us Minnesotans.
