Payment policy
At the time of booking, a Non Refundable deposit of 30% of the total reservation's amount is required in order to secure your reservation.
Remaining payment must be completed within 2 months prior arrival.
A damage deposit of 20% of the total amount is required to be paid on top of the settlement amount within 2 months prior to arrival for all villas to cover the cost of any damage to the property or its contents during the term of stay.
The deposit is fully refundable within 2 weeks after guests departure, in case no property damages apply.
In case the damages exceed the security deposit amount held, the guest is obliged to settle the extra balance within 1 week from departure.
Cancellation policy
No free cancellation is allowed for this rate, special conditions apply.
If cancelled up to 60 days prior arrival the 50% deposit already paid is non refundable.
For cancellations later,or in case of no-show or in case of early departure the 100% of total reservation amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
