Summary: Booked the suit for our family, 2 adults and 2 kids. The room was good. The service was not good. The lines down to the reception were always occupied no matter when u called. The breakfast was a joke. Expensive and so bad. The bread tastes nothing, the fruits were terrible. And that’s not even all, they had no real coffee So we asked for real coffee and we had to pay for it?! Really? We pay 1500 euros for 3 nights and 200 euros extra for breakfast and we can’t even get a decent cup of coffee for breakfast! Shame on raddisson for allowing this terrible level. No water bottles only tap water. Embarrassing! Would rather stay at Sheraton or other hotels around for that money!
