Summary: Neg-There were some small issues that the PM resolved to the best of her ability. However, there were upgrades that the house needs, I'm guessing bc its rented a lot. The bedding is kind of generic and there arent a lot of towels, kitchen utensils, etc. I would personally put in a pool or foosball table as there was plenty of space. Also, the AC is just not quite strong enough to cool the house below 75 on the hot sunny FL days. It cools it well at night or after a rain but, I suspect the unit is too small or the ducts need work for it to be truly efficient. Pos-The house is spacious and the beds were really comfy and tall! There was a tub (for my wife) and a stand up for me. We didnt use them but the washer and dryer were clean and ready. The back yard was nice and ready for use. Honestly, i feel this could be a real gem but it feels like grannys house that was flipped into a rental...for the price and location though, I highly recommend.
