The now ghost town of Hayman has 3 remediated mines on the property, 2 run down cabins with an old stove inside, multiple foundations/ root cellars, leftover supplies in spots and includes part of the Gottlieb Fluhman ranch (Gottlieb was murdered in the nearby Death Cave https://www.coloradocentralmagazine.com/really-happened-gottlieb-fluhmann/) allegedly by a Benjamin Ratcliff who later hung for murdering two members of the local school board in 1895.
Next to the property is the M Lazy C ranch (https://mlazyc.com) with horseback riding, chuckwagon dinners, guided hunting/ guided trout fishing on a Gold Medal stretch of the South Platte.
