This gorgeous, stylishly updated first floor condo is waiting for you! Located in the Isles of Porto Vista gated community, the condo has two bedrooms and two baths, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Kitchen has all new high-end stainless-steel appliances. There are three large flat screen tv's and plenty of seating for your company.
Additional fee of $150 for admittance to community paid separately from this reservation to the HOA. Application must be completed online. Approval can take up to 30 days. Occupation of property contingent upon an approval by the HOA Association.

Summary: The location and property were nice. There was an issue with my entering into the gated community. The Florida Skyline management representative named Jeffery was rude and not helpful. He even lied about his name. On my 20th day at the condo the kitchen drain had clogged. After the plumber unclogged the drain it then started backing up with someones garbage disposal debri. I had to wait for it to drain and clean out the nasty mess before I could use the sink The plumber came 3 separate days and still did not have it fixed. I didn’t want a stranger in my condo without me being there, so I wasted three half days waiting on the plumber. Before I chose to leave early the kitchen sink had backed up and filled up almost to the top of the sink. I ask for compensation and I was offered an extra day which l declined. I had had enough and left to go home early because of the drain issues. I hope the next guest has better luck than I did.
