Reflections is a contemporary 2700 square foot lakeside home with tons of space to relax, enjoy the outdoors and spread out! Recently renovated, the home has one master bedroom with knockout views of the lakes and desert mountains. The master bedroom has a private terrace with lounge chairs overlooking the pool and lake. The master bath has a luxurious double vanity with a large walk-in shower.
There are two other bedrooms upstairs that share a newly-renovated bathroom with bathtub and shower. Downstairs there is tons of space to hang out throughout the downstairs, including a large family room with large flat screen TV and comfortable recliner sofa. There's also a poker/game table in the front room, as well as a newly-renovated chef's kitchen with new quartz countertops. Cook to your heart's content in the large eat-in kitchen, or let us arrange to have a private chef come in and dazzle you with culinary delights.
The expansive backyard with heated pool is one of the best attributes of the home. The pool gets great sun with pool loungers to soak it up and relax. There's also an outdoor dining set to dine al fresco, as well as a conversation area around an outdoor fire pit.
The house has an outdoor BBQ grill for your use, as well as a dock you can catch-and-release fish from.
There's never a shortage of activities and stuff to do, and perfect for a large family, group of friends or a couple's getaway.
You will have exclusive access to the property, however, our team is available to answer any questions, provide local recommendations and address any needs you have during your stay. We are just around the corner also in the neighborhood and are here to ensure you have an enjoyable stay.
Arrowhead Lakes is a one-of-a-kind mountainside lakefront community in the Phoenix Area. It offers the unique combination of mountain and desert vistas from a lakeside/waterfront property. It is a quiet, relaxing community that is convenient to many of the regions attractions. We are just 15 minutes from the Arizona Cardinals stadium, MLB Spring Training facilities and many excellent golf courses. There are hiking trails walking distance from the house, and great restaurants within a 5 minute drive of the area. It's an excellent home base for your visit to Phoenix!
The neighborhood is just off the 101 freeway providing easy access to the Westgate entertainment and sports complex, North and Central Scottsdale as well as only 25 minutes by car from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. While renting a car is always convenient, Uber and Lyft are easy and quick options for getting around as well.
This is a quiet residential community, and quiet hours are enforced between 9 PM and 8AM. No music or loud noise is permitted outdoors during this time. The pool area is unfenced, therefore caution must be taken to ensure access to the pool is monitored. Given the unfenced pool area, we do not recommend booking if you have small children.
* Pool heating fee is included in the total during the winter months. We keep the pool temperature around 88 degrees.
* This home is a complete non-smoking home, inside and outside. No cigarettes, cannabis, cigars or vaping allowed. Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee.
* This is a very quiet, residential waterfront community. As such we work very hard to be good neighbors. We have designated quiet hours which are from 9p - 7a each night to limit any noise across the lakes to our neighbors. We make use of noise monitoring hardware to monitor for excessive noise.
* Any violations of the quiet hours policy may result in immediate cancellation of your reservation and eviction from the property without refunds.
* This home is a complete non-smoking home, inside and outside. No cigarettes, canibis, cigars or vaping allowed. Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee.
* In addition, in place of a security deposit, we require all guests staying at the property to purchase a $99 property damage waiver which covers up to $10,000 in damage with a $0 deductible. This is a mandatory fee for all bookings via VRBO and direct channels.
* If you are entitled to a refund per the cancellation policy listed at the time of your reservation, we reserve the right to retain a 3% credit card processing fee. This fee will be calculated based on what has already been paid to date toward your reservation. In the event that you are entitled to a 50% refund of the reservation amount, we will waive the 3% credit card fee when processing your refund.
