The flat is located on the first and second floor of an apartment complex that shares a swimming pool (swimming cap compulsory - guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09) with solarium area, a tennis court and parking space.
The bright appartment La Mela of about 80 sq. m. is tastefully furnished and consists of a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette with refrigerator, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, and a coffee counter with 6 stools for your daily snacks. The living room offers a comfortable sofa. Sat-TV, wi-fi and air conditioning are available for guests. The living area overlooks the balcony furnished with table and chairs for pleasant dinners overlooking the pool. The sleeping area has a double bedroom with large wardrobe and private TV (no SAT), a bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together. Next to the bedrooms there is a windowed bathroom with glass shower stall.
