The apartment is located in the small and quiet Olivi residential area consisting of only 12 apartments and equipped with a beautiful swimming pool (guaranteed opening period 15/05-30/09) and a large planted garden that allows you to spend the hottest hours of the day relaxing in the shade of the trees.
The apartment of about 45 square meters consists of a living area with a kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, oven, large fridge, toaster and German coffee machine. The kitchen has an American counter with 4 stools on which it is possible to eat meals, there is no table. A comfortable sofa bed can accommodate two adults.
