Experience the ultimate getaway to the Villages in the Village of Shady Brook with our spacious three bedroom two bath home. Enjoy the coastal decor and large kitchen perfect for guests. There’s a nice dining room and seating by the peninsula. The living room has comfy furniture and the couch ends recline so you can relax and enjoy your favorite movie or show. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and the other two bedrooms have queen beds. Enjoy the primary bathroom’s nice sized shower and double sinks. The guest bath is conveniently located by the other two bedrooms that are across the home from the primary bedroom. Also, enjoy the front porch or back lanai for added relaxation. If you are wanting to swim, play pickleball, indoor/outdoor shuffleboard, or play pool you can at the Saluki Recreation Center which is nearby or any of the many Recreations Centers located in the Villages. There are also over 50 golf courses for you to use. We are blessed to share our home with you. We do not allow pets or smoking. Our home is less than a year old. This is our second home in the Villages. We are looking forward to the day we can spend more time there, but for now we spend our time still working out of state. We would love to have you stay.
