Summary: Spacious condo with a great view. Very well equipped kitchen, great appliances and good furnishings. Nice Lanai and well equipped with beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards etx. Disappointed there was no bbq/grill as advertised and it took a long time to get a response on the fact that there wasnt one available. Was a deciding factor when we booked this property vs another. The area is very noisey with traffic throughout the night from the main highway and people coming and going in the parking lot. With no AC and louvered windows there isn’t anything you can do to mitigate it. Bring earplugs if you are in any way a light sleeper. The outdoor pool area is quite nice and was never too busy, but the pool isn’t heated and is quite cold. Great for hot weather. Condo could benefit from a more frequent deep cleaning, lots of dust and debris under the furniture and carpet smells of dust. Otherwise it very nice. Overall a decent enough stay.
