Come relax in our spacious home. It has a fully-equipped kitchen and two seperate living spaces made for relaxing, each complimented by a smart TV. Relax in our huge Master Suite with seperate soaking tub and sitting area. Enjoy our beautiful heated diving pool with detached hot tub. Our backyard has natural grass year round, a covered outdoor dining area (with ceiling fans!) and plenty of space to spread out. Our home is situated in an established, quiet, family neighborhood with sidewalks, green spaces, and urban walking trails that take you to parks, shopping, and of course coffee!
Our home features a uniquely large 11 foot deep diving pool that is optionally heated. It is 20'x40', far larger than your average Arizona play pool. Do laps, jump off the diving board, Marco Polo anyone? Pool is situated on the south side of the house to maximize the sunny exposure. HOT TUB is included in the nightly price.
Heating the pool is an optional extra $350 for 3 nights or $450 for 4-7 nights. After 1st week prorated at $60 daily. *******YOU WILL NEED TO REQUEST FOR THE POOL TO BE HEATED***** Pool area does not have a fence but safety latches are on all back doors and gates.
When you're ready to go exploring there are a huge variety of choices. Close to several major league spring training baseball stadiums: Oakland A's Hohokam Stadium (10 min), Chicago Cubs' Sloan Park (16 min), LA Angels' Tempe Diablo Stadium, San Frasisco Giants' Scottsdale Stadium and Arizona Diamonbacks' Salt River Fields (all 25 min away) in addition to more venues just a little farther away. If major league hockey or football are more your speed, they are both a short 50 min. drive away. Splurge with world class shopping in upscale Scottsdale (25 min), attend the Waste Management Open Golf Tournament (30 min) or play a few rounds on your own at any of the many golf courses in the valley. Outdoor adventuring with hiking, biking, and water sports are all at your fingertips in the many state parks that surround the Phoenix Valley. This home has all you need for a wonderful vacation!

Exterior cameras to the home help ensure only permitted guests are at the property. We also have a decible reader to help ensure no parties or large gatherings are happening in our home, and to protect the atmosphere of our neighborhood.
Due to the health needs of our family, NO ANIMALS of any kind allowed, including service animals and support animals or pets.
Finally, guests will have access to the entire home except for the garage. Thank you for your understanding.
