Two seperate entertaining areas with TV's. One leads out to the screened in lanai with pool, and outdoor grill for cooking.

Summary: My family of 3 rented this house for our yearly beach vacation. We always stay in Rotunda and love the area. The house was beautifully decorated and modern. We enjoyed the pool and lanai immensely! We did have a problem when we arrived because the house was not properly cleaned… especially the kitchen and bathrooms. The owner was very apologetic, but we actually had to scrub and clean the bathrooms and kitchen ourselves before we could use them. We received no partial refund or compensation for this. We definitely didn’t plan to clean upon arrival during our vacation! A couple more items… we couldn’t figure out how to lock the screen doors on the lanai, there is no dining table for a family of 3, no towel bars in the bathrooms, and we couldn’t find a bathroom scale to weigh our luggage before departure.
