Relaxing Tropical Retreat offers plenty of outdoor living and seclusion, being fully fenced and set on a flat quarter-acre, with mature gardens and plenty of lawn, with a subtropical feel of hibiscus and citrus - delivering an endless holiday atmosphere upon arrival.
Enjoy the sheltered courtyard fringed by palms and connected to the kitchen, perfect for outdoor meals, alfresco dining, and lounging with a cold beverage in hand. Step inside this modern contemporary home, where the ground floor consists of a large, central, open-plan living room with soaring ceiling height.
Dividing the kitchen, bathroom, and rear courtyard on one side, a spacious double guest bedroom, a second smaller bedroom with a pull-out double sofa-bed, and a large internal access garage/laundry on the other.
