What We Love
Take a well-deserved break in the Finger Lakes at this charming, two-story retreat - perfect for a family vacation or fun-filled getaway with friends! While you're sure to enjoy plenty of activities right here at home, this property is also conveniently close to downtown Penn Yan for shopping and dining, Keuka Lake for swimming and phenomenal fishing, several local wineries and breweries, state parks, and even the Majestic Hills Golf Course.
This peaceful and comforting home boasts a well-equipped, galley-style kitchen to help you brew up your morning coffee, whip up quick snacks for days on the lakes, or prepare full-course meals to enjoy at the adjacent table or outside on the covered and furnished deck. After meals, play a few yard games in the large outdoor space, or head back inside to stream your favorite channels in the main living area. If you're craving a little friendly competition, head downstairs to the furnished basement complete with a Ping-Pong table and a dartboard. Here, you'll also find a second TV and seating area as well as a quiet nook with two desks for remote work or schooling.
At the end of the day, the backyard offers a firepit for roasting s'mores, sharing stories, or just watching the stars come out.
