Many upgrades have been made to the inside of this historic home, such as Central AC/Heat fully renovated kitchen with new cabinets and appliances, to name a few, while keeping the cottage exterior charm. You will love having your morning coffee or tea on the comfortable front porch swing in the egg chair and enjoying the water views.
This cozy retreat offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with a day bed in the Dining/sitting room. The dining table can expand to seat 8. The master bedroom offers a split king adjustable bed and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and flat-screen TV, and the third has a full-size bed and bathroom with a spa tub. Iโve uploaded many current pictures of the cottage so that you can get a feel of your vacation home.
The water source in the home is well water and tends to be off-color. I recommend bringing bottled water to drink.
