ABOUT THE HOUSE
Contemporary Cape Cod style welcomes you into the living room, where a comfy sectional surrounds a 55” smart TV and an electric fireplace.
Sunlit hardwood floors lead to the formal dining area, where a table seats eight. Three more can sit at the kitchen bar to keep the chef company.
Find a stainless steel French-door fridge, gas range, and all the cookware and gadgetry you need for special meals in the kitchen. Stretches of white granite countertop make meal prep easy. A bright bathroom with a granite vanity and walk-in shower serves the main floor.
Dine al fresco on the expansive deck, where a sectional sofa and bench seating surround a large dining table. Make use of the barbeque grill and gather around the gas fire pit in the woodsy yard. The quaint shed is stocked with beach gear and offers extra space for bike and cooler storage.
A second living area in the basement has two futons, a recliner, and a game table for playing cards.
The second-floor master bedroom is detailed with a king-size bed, a crib, and a peaceful blue paint scheme. The hall bath has a tub/shower combination and a granite vanity.
The second bedroom is on the main floor, offering a plush queen-size bed. The third bedroom sits across from the master with two queen-size beds and a royal red and nautical blue aesthetic.

Parking notes: The main driveway can hold 4 cars (but two will be parked in). There is also a second driveway on the Highland street side of the house which can hold one car.
Beach pass available for use. Failure to return the beach pass may incur fees of up to $325.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
