Gated driveway, a creek that runs through the property, privacy, lots of wildlife, space for the whole family, and close to town.
Enjoy the privacy of the guest house with your own private patio area with fireplace and possibly see the regular deer group that comes through. There is one bedroom with Queen bed, one large open loft area with a full-size bed and two twin beds. It comfortably sleeps 6, but will fit more if needed. You are more than welcome to inquire about additional guests staying also as long as you are aware of the sleeping spaces provided.
There is a streaming capable tv in the living area with a Blu-ray/DVD player and a Redbox down the road. There is no cell reception on the property, so your phone will have to have WiFi calling abilities in order to make phone calls.
The town of Sweet Home is about a 5 minute drive, so the house is close to restaurants and shopping. There is plenty of parking at the guest house, and the driveway can only accommodate one vehicle at a time, but there are pull off areas if you need to go around someone.
