This three bedroom, 2 full bathroom property was newly renovated in late 2021 and includes a brand new kitchen as well as new bedroom furniture, mattresses and living room sofa. The lower level includes one bedroom with it's own bathroom. A living room with a sleeper sofa (and TV) and laundry area complete the ground level. Upstairs, you will find a sunny living room and kitchen area as well as two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom with a tub. Off the kitchen, a deck allows more space for summer living.
Within 20 minutes, you can be in Newport, Wickford, Wakefield, Jamestown or at many of the beaches in Narragansett and South Kingstown. Brickley's Ice Cream, a treasured local establishment, is two minutes away. The Coastal Cabin and Twin Willows restaurants are just minutes away as are many other eating establishments. Roch's Market is right up the road as is a Dunkin Donuts.
Please note during the summer season (late June - Labor Day), this property requires a seven-night minimum with Saturday turnovers. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 Pm on Saturday and check-out is no later than 10:00 Am the following Saturday.
Commercially laundered linen packages are provided for the occupancy of the property. This includes linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not provided unless otherwise specified on the listing. Guests staying for more than one week will incur an additional linen charge. Guests can opt to bring their own linens for a credit. Please inquire for more information.
