Renovated Town House located in the Big Boulder Resort. This house can also be rented combined with the unit next to it (which we also own - here is the listing. for both houses, which has many more five star reviews https://www.vrbo.com/1428808). House is just a few minutes walk to the Big Boulder slopes. In summer the house has access to Big Boulder Lake Club with pool, beach on the lake, boats available on the lake, tennis, volleyball and much more. Wonderful town house with 3 bedrooms, loft living room, and 2 full bathrooms, pool table, jacuzzi hot tub, pac man and galaga 8 game arcade, cable, wifi, large flat screen smart tvs, wood burning fireplace, outdoor fire pit, modern kitchen, and all the comforts you could want. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need prepare great meals for your family and friends. . House is second unit in a 4 unit group of townhouses and has a heavy duty fire door connecting it by the dining area to the end unit, so that it is possible to rent the two houses together.
In the winter you are minutes from the slopes. In the summer, the Boulder Lake Club offers a variety of recreational activities for renters including beach, outdoor heated pool, tennis, volleyball, badminton, cornhole, ladderball, football, soccer, basketball, bocce ball, ping pong, horseshoes. Please check out Big Boulder Club for more information. It is open all week in the summer and usually weekends from Memorial Day to beginning of summer and end of summer to mid September.
Please check with owner for Rates as new rate structure on VRBO is confusing and rates may be lower or higher than shown. Minimum rental is usually 2 nights and if you want to rent a Friday or Sat night, the full weekend rate applies to the second night whether it is a Thurs or a Sunday. Non weekend rate is generally an add on to a weekend rental. If you want to rent just mid week (Sun to Thurs), the night rate depends on when you want to stay and how long .Summer weekly rentals are usually Friday to Friday. Less than a week is possible depending on when you want to start and end the stay (usually has to be a Friday on one end).
3 night minimum for long holiday weekends (MLK, Presidents, Memorial, and Labor) and 4 night minimum for Thanksgiving (Wed, Thurs, Fri and Sat nights).
