OVERVIEW:
This bright and spacious single-story villa features a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom floor plan with high vaulted ceilings and an open layout encompassing the kitchen, dining room, and large great room. The villa showcases luxury accommodations uniquely themed with travel and adventure décor, incorporating eclectic artifacts and art inspired by world travel.
The master suite includes a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with direct access to the covered lanai and pool area, while the second master suite features a queen bed and its own en-suite bathroom.
The kitchen is equipped with new stainless appliances and features a handmade oak table for four, providing all necessary utensils, formal dinnerware, and plastic ware suitable for kids and poolside use.
Families will enjoy the south-facing saltwater pool and hot tub, which can be heated for maximum sunlight throughout the day. The screened and fenced lanai ensures privacy, with a removable child safety fence separating the pool area. Pool doors are equipped with child security alarms for added safety.
Complete washing, drying, and ironing facilities are available, and all linens and towels are provided. The garage/game room includes a ping pong table and foosball for additional entertainment. Owners and our local management company are available to assist with any queries or issues.
This family-friendly villa does not allow pets, and smoking is not permitted.

A full house renovation was completed, featuring a fully stocked kitchen equipped with all-new appliances, new furniture, and new flooring. The property showcases engaging décor and themes throughout, along with interactive art designed for both adults and children. Each bedroom is fitted with charging stations beside every bed and outlets equipped with night lights. ENCLOSED OUTDOOR LANAI/POOL/SPA:

POOL/SPA HEAT:
Please let us know if you would like to have the "Optional Pool & Spa Heat" when you request a booking. It is available for $35/night + tax. The pool/spa heat can only be turned on for the full length of your stay, not individual days only.

GRILL:
A Gas Grill is available to rent through our management company for $85 + tax. It arrives before your stay, clean and ready to use and will be removed and cleaned by the management company.

PARKING:
Standard Vehicles:
The Villa driveway can comfortably fit 2 standard car or truck sized vehicles. Street parking is also available in front of the property for additional vehicles if needed.
Larger Vehicles:
Additional parking is also available about a block and a half away at the neighborhood playground park. There are many spaces available around the greenspace to park larger vehicles as needed.

Before you leave, we kindly ask for your help with a few tasks that would greatly assist our busy cleaning team. If possible, please:
Strip the sheets and pillowcases from any used beds and leave them ready for a hot wash. Comforters can be folded and placed beside the beds for the cleaning staff. Place all used towels on the floor in the laundry room. Take any trash to the outside garbage cans.
