This renovated retreat tucked away on McDougall walking distance to restaurants, shops and the Lake Wanaka, With the established trees to the South and stunning lake and mountain views to the North is the perfect choice for your Wanaka holiday!
Enjoy that classic Wanaka feel along with all the comforts of modern living walking distance to town centre and the lakefront. The spacious open plan lounge is equipped with quality furnishings and modern décor, a large Smart TV with Freeview and high-speed internet. Large ranch sliders open up to a fabulous furnished deck with overlooking the lake and mountains. Fully equipped modern kitchen.
To keep you cosy in those winter months, there is a wood burner and three heatpumps. A drying cupboard for ski boots and gloves is provided.
Travelling with the grandparents? They will surely enjoy the privacy of a very handy flat separate to the main dwelling and a very cosy wee space indeed. The flat has a small lounge with Smart TV, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities. Very warm with its own heatpump.

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.

Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.
