60 Day Notice Cancellation Policy Exception: if you must cancel your reservation, you may contact me to see if the unit is able to be re-rented to another occupant during the time of your scheduled stay. My re-renting the unit may allow you a partial refund or a full refund. I will do my assist however, this re-renting option and refund is entirely at my discretion and is not guaranteed.
The person whose name is on the reservation (considered the responsible party) must be present at the time of check-in and produce valid ID. If the responsible party will not be present at the time of check in, a copy of your photo ID must be sent in 4 days prior to arrival to confirm identity and age.
