Positive: The location was amazing, in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The area was very close to all the major sites in Nice, within 20 minutes walking, including the two train stations, so easy access to the rest of the Côte d'Azur. The tram stop closest to the flat, that takes you to the airport, was just 4 min walking. The flat itself was very modern and spacious. The kitchen was outfitted with everything you would need. We loved having the washer and dryer, that was a nice feature. The patio area was very large and peaceful. Lovely to have coffee or wine, and you could eat meals there too on the table outside. The host Laurent, was amazing. Very communicative and provided thorough instructions about the flat, and advice on places to eat and visit in the area. I would definitely stay there again.

Summary: Beautiful, convenient flat for a visit to the Côte d'Azur.
