Positive: Myself and my good friend loved the room, loved everything about the property. Everyone we dealt with was always looking out for our needs and to be perfectly honest, this was the best lodging I've ever stayed at in Europe. The rooms were first rate, and the accommodations went well beyond our expectations. When I return to Milan with my family this will be the first and only place I will stay at.
Negative: Nothing...there was nothing to not like, PERFECT LOCATION and perfect people.
Summary: For me personally, number one place to stay in Italy.
