Positive: The location is near all main things in Oslo, which are walking distance anyway. And it happened to be very close to the place we had to work at. The level of trust is very high: possibilities to add towels or tea in supply room on the same floor. The communal space downstairs was nice too. Very rare.
Negative: Please add some electrical outlets. if you share the room this a bit problematic. Plus there is a nice kitchen, but unless you don't want your guests to use it, please add some basic supplies like oil, salt etc.
Summary: Nice comfy hotel within short distance of everything you need
