Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The welcome was fine and the breakfast was O.K. We missed our first night there so due to delayed luggage in Marrakesh so really only saw a small part of the hotel operation.

Negative: The young man who came to guide us to the hotel was lovely BUT I feel should have had a badge or some means of identifying who he was. He asked, "Do you not trust me". Actually I don't trust anyone who appears and says they are from an accommodation provider. The Riad itself is a little soulless.

Summary: Mixed feelings on this one.
